The subsidy will be available to REC’s employing lesser than 20 full time employees, who will retain an apprentice or trainee. The Apprentice or trainees are required to be in training with a small business as at 1st March 2020.
REC’s of any size and group training organization that are re-engage an eligible out-of-trade apprentice or trainee will also be eligible for the financial backing. Range of electrical services will be able to access the financial support after an eligibility assessment that is undertaken by an Australian Apprenticeship Support Network provider like Apprenticeship Support Australia.
